Returns

We stand behind the quality of every Zenith product. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, we’re here to help.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and have a valid reason
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns

All return requests are thoroughly inspected before approval. Any items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or tampering will not be accepted.

No Return Abuse or Fraud

Zenith has a strict zero-tolerance policy for return abuse, fraudulent claims, or “e-shoplifting”.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Claiming items were not received when tracking shows delivery
  • Returning used or damaged items
  • Swapping products or sending back incorrect items
  • False fault or damage claims

All suspicious return activity is reviewed in detail. Fraudulent claims may result in:

  • Return rejection
  • Refund refusal
  • Account restrictions or permanent bans
  • Further action

Warranty

Zenith products are built for performance and durability. All items are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper care
  • Damage caused by commercial misuse outside normal training conditions

If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue
